Our Presenter, Carol Drake Wheatley, an Author, Speaker, and Business Leader. In 1994, she established Power In The Workplace Ministries, a community-centric training organization. Dr. Wheatley holds a PhD in Corporate Leadership and a Doctor of Religious Education. She is a retired Organization Development and Federal Grant Consultant who specialized in program design including strategic and tactical implementation plans. She has significant experience developing training programs focused on business and workplace ethics, leadership optimization, organization excellence, and government compliance issues. Her proposals have won millions of dollars in awards for her clients.
