Orange County’s BOOST Program provides financial assistance opportunities to COVID-19 impacted Small Businesses, home businesses, and gig workers located in Orange County, Florida.

Applicants must meet all eligibility criteria and submit all documentation required for the relevant Grant Program to which they are applying.


Application portal will remain open until funds are depleted.

Small Businesses, Home-Based Businesses, and Gig Workers are only permitted to receive one grant.

Below are highlights of each program’s basic eligibility criteria.


SMALL BUSINESS GRANT PROGRAM

MICRO-GRANT PROGRAM for HOME-BASED BUSINESSES

GIG ECONOMY WORKER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

  • Business physically located and operated in Orange County, Florida. (Owner can be resident of different county.)
  • For-profit business enterprise registered with SunBiz.com and incorporated since at least Jan 1, 2020.
  • Valid business tax certification (Business tax receipt) since 2020 for Orange County, and any municipality in which the business is located within Orange County.
  • Not publicly traded company.
  • Home- based located in Orange County, Florida – no commercial location
  • For-profit business enterprise registered with SunBiz.com and incorporated since at least Jan 1, 2020.
  • Valid business tax certification (Business tax receipt) since 2020 for Orange County, and any municipality in which the business is located within Orange County.
  • Not publicly traded company.
  • Gig worker, a resident of Orange County, Florida – who received all of their income from gig work from 2020-2023 and files 1099s.
  • Must not have received unemployment incomes during 2020-2023
