EBI: Employee Engagement for Managers

Data shows that employee engagement is on the rise, however still only 34% of today’s workforce can be categorized as actively engaged. An engaged employee will not only contribute toward a healthy organizational culture, they will help drive growth and opportunity. Join us for a half day workshop that will focus on human capital, your most valuable asset.

Instructor: Jamie Hollis, MA, is the founder of North Star Consulting Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in working with teams and leaders across the nation, Jamie has brought her personalized style using authenticity and empowerment to organizations, nonprofits, schools, first responders, and medical personnel.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bradley University and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Jamie also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management and a Certificate in Fundraising and Development from the Edyth Bush Institute at Rollins College. She is a certified DiSC trainer, and focuses on leadership development and working with teams to bring functional cohesion.

Prior to founding North Star Consulting, Jamie held senior roles at The Edyth Bush Institute- Crummer Graduate School of Business/Rollins College, the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, and Easter Seals of Central Illinois. Within these leadership roles, Jamie developed and led various leadership, employee engagement, career reentry, and team building programs.
