LEAD: FastTrac for Entrepreneurs!

Brought to you in partnership by the FL Small Business Development Center (Lake County) and LEAD, this 10-week Kauffman FastTrac program is designed for both budding and early-stage entrepreneurs, as well as established business owners seeking to invigorate their growth strategies and solidify their operational structure.
Participants will be guided through five distinct modules, each reflecting a critical phase of the entrepreneurial journey and all crucial towards helping you craft and refine your business vision.
By the conclusion of the program, you will emerge with a robust business plan, a persuasive pitch, a strategic business model, and a detailed financial projection, positioning you for success in the competitive market landscape.
