UCF BIP: Successful Government Contracting: CPARS and Source Selection

March 26 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am EDT

Based on the success of our training series of Acquisition 101, Government Acquisitions for your Business, we were able to add a few more classes.  For March, the class is entitled Contractor Performance Assessment Report System (CPARS) and Source Selection Insights.  First, every small business struggles to get past performance credit in Government contracts, but now you can get something similar as a Subcontractor, which will benefit small businesses.  Second, ever wonder what happens when you turn in a proposal to the Government?  Government insiders will explain what happens, who reads your proposal, and offer tips and tricks to get more contracts based on the way you write.

Douglas “Todd” Kohler was a Lead Systems Engineer at PEO STRI for over 20 years before retiring.  Mr. Kohler has almost 34 years of acquisition experience in numerous roles including Contracting, Quality Assurance Specialist for Hardware and Software, Science and Technology Manager, and various Engineering positions. Mr. Kohler holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Central Florida.
