Caroline has an extensive background in venture capital by building and selling one of the largest angel groups in the state of Florida: Florida Angel Nexus “NEXUS.”

Oversees small business programs through the SSC Business Incubator, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Advisory Board, and ELLE Collective, the new women’s entrepreneur initiative.

Prior to her current position, Amy managed the Small Business Development Center at SSC, assisting clients in starting, and growing their small businesses. As the owner of two Seminole County businesses over the past 25 years, Broadway Dancewear, a retail dance boutique, and Wonderfaux Designs, a custom decorative painting company, Amy learned firsthand what it took to run a successful business.

Diane is the co-founder, co-chair and global programs chair for the international Go for the Greens Foundation, which helps women business owners grow their companies, incorporate sustainable practices, use golf as a business tool and mentor future female leaders. Diane is a career newspaper and magazine journalist, the author of two business books, and the founder and president of DiVerse Media LLC, and she was inducted into the Women’s Business Enterprise Hall of Fame in December 2015 by the American Institute of Diversity & Commerce.
